Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Chief Executive Officer of TechnoShield6, provides overall strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight for the organization. CEO is responsible for setting the company’s vision and ensuring that all operations align with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability.
CEO oversees business strategy, financial sustainability, organizational leadership, and the management of key vendor and partner relationships. A core focus of her leadership is ensuring that TechnoShield6’s services are delivered in alignment with client expectations, defined risk tolerances, and industry best practices. Through decisive leadership and strategic direction, CEO ensures the organization’s long-term growth, resilience, and client trust.
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Chief Information Officer (CIO) is also serving as Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) at TechnoShield6, leading the company’s technology strategy, IT operations, cybersecurity governance, and enterprise risk management.
In his CIO capacity, CIO ensures TechnoShield6’s systems and services are designed and operated using secure, reliable, and risk-based practices. CIO oversees infrastructure scalability, operational resilience, incident prevention and response readiness, and business continuity to minimize operational and security risks while maintaining stable service delivery.
As vCISO, vCISO provides executive-level security leadership by aligning cybersecurity programs with recognized industry standards and compliance frameworks. vCISO works closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure security initiatives support business growth, meet regulatory and contractual requirements, and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of both company and client information.
Director Customer Success
The Director Customer Success is responsible for leading client onboarding, overseeing the end-to-end service delivery experience, and managing ongoing account relationships. This role ensures that all services are delivered in alignment with contractual obligations, service-level commitments, and applicable compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, serving as the primary point of contact for client communications, monitoring service performance against defined metrics, and proactively identifying and resolving operational issues. The Director Customer Success plays a critical role in fostering long-term client relationships by promoting transparency, consistency, accountability, and measurable service outcomes.
